Suzie Pace, a principal of the company, has gleaned years of knowledge and experience in the housing industry of Charlottesville and Albemarle County in working with thousands of people and hearing their home dreams. In addition to her 40 years as a Realtor, she is an acclaimed consultant in new construction design, marketing, and advertising and has been involved in numerous successful remodeling ventures. Her expertise is further rooted with a diploma of interior design from the Interior Design Institute.
Having a mutual passion for homes and architecture, Nancy Nerem Black is credible part to this venture. By day, Nancy works for a local construction company managing high end residential projects. She is a registered architect in Virginia with a Maters Degree in Architecture and taught at the University of Notre Dame architecture program. In addition to her 25 years of experience in practicing architecture, she has also worked in landscape and garden design, furniture and fabric design, and notably worked with custom furniture and fabric workshops in France and Italy.
Our desire is to be a full service design company in the coming years. Currently we offer concepts, consultation, design and finalized working plans for renovations. We welcome the opportunity of working with you and being a part of transforming your home.
