A family oriented business, R.L. Beyer Construction employs a dedicated team of carpenters, many of whom have served with the company for decades and who ensure the quality of the custom cabinetry, detailed moldings, custom tile and rock work, and the stunning hardwood floors. Of our twenty-three employees, thirteen have been with us longer than 10 years. Of those, seven have served our customers 20 years or more. The in-house draftsman, Teddy Cosner, designs each individual custom home and has done so for 26 years. The founders, Rick and Diana Beyer, remain actively involved with every home, with Diana coordinating interior design and style and Rick serving as President and overseeing daily operations.
In 2005 R.L. Beyer Construction began partnering with the EPA’s ENERGY STAR program. Our customers have always been able to rest assured they live in a house of detailed quality: the extra care was taken to frame the house level and tight, top grade caulks and sealants were used, the windows were flashed properly, the insulation was installed correctly, and the heating and air ducts were sized properly and sealed with minimal leakage. The Energy Star label recognizes these efforts. Our homes use up to 40% less energy than a standard home. Our homes are built tight and triple checked for leaks and inefficiencies. Energy Star promotes ours, and our customers, values and we are proud to be a part of the program. It makes economic and environmental sense.
